DANCE

Our dance training programs are modeled after the best performing arts schools and training centers in the world. Based on the training our own instructors received, and research of programs like the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, American Ballet Theater, and Michigan University, we have developed a dance program that truly trains well-rounded, versatile, safe dancers.

We are a ballet-based studio that also offers classes for ages 3 to professional including many different disciplines including Jazz (specific styles), Hip Hop, Contemporary, Latin, Partnering, Modern, Tap, and Acro. PAL has the only licensed Progressing Ballet Technique training studio in Louisville that offers multiple weekly classes. This program is based in sports medicine and helps build strength while focusing on injury prevention. Our dancers and performers have seen results in their ability to turn more, jump higher, and be more precise in their technique.

Our group classes, intensives, and private coaching are at the highest levels and are proven to help students who have never danced before become confident and able to perform.
