Popping and Body Control Conditioning Class

Body Control Conditioning: To fire muscles as quickly as possible to build better body control– help all dance disciplines
Apply the “pop” or intensity or texture - subtleties to the music without moving–
High intensity– prepare to sweat.
Popping: You will learn choreography while learning the basic foundation and history of popping.
This is street style dancing– popping is an essential element of hip hop and hip hop culture.
Ages 10 and up!
